Our standard business model is called "2+n" mode. "2" means in the first design phase we will design and manufacture 2 pieces of boards. "n" means in the second phase that is producing phase we will produce certain quantity of boards that customer require.

Payment Terms and Delivery time:
1.   All prices are in US$
2.   60% of the Design Phase Price (Q1) will be Paid after the PO, the other 40% will be paid after Acceptance.
3.   100% of the Producing Phase (Q2) will be paid after PO.
4.   The first deliver time for Design Phase will be determined after discussion with HyperSilicon.
5.   The delivery time of the Producing phase will be as faster as we can, no more than 8 weeks.
6.   The FPGA devices will be warranteed for two weeks after receiving the boards, the whole board will be warranteed for one year.
